BOD of HIMUDA consists of following members :-

1.        The Chairman  appointed by the State Government by notification.

2.        The  Vice-Chairman appointed by the State Government by notification.

3.         Secretary(Finance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh -Ex-officio member.

4.         Secretary (Housing) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh –Ex-officio member.

5.         Secretary (Urban Development) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh – Ex-officio member.

6.         Secretary (Town and Country Planning) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh – Ex-officio member.

7.         The Engineer-in-Chief, Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department - Ex-officio member.

8.         The Engineer-in-Chief, Himachal Pradesh IP&H  Department - Ex-officio member.

9.         Three non-official members appointed by the State Government by notification.

10.       The Chief Executive Officer, the Member Secretary of the Authority.
